1. Nature of the experience

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms, which have contractual value. The experience is conceived as a premium guided journey, in which each stage is carefully orchestrated to offer a balance between culture, tasting and refinement.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By making a booking, the participant confirms that:

  • they have read and understood this document
  • they fully accept these terms and conditions
  • they agree to participate under the established conditions
  • acceptance is mandatory for participation

3. Participation conditions

Participation is permitted exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age. Participation is conditioned by an adequate physical and mental state.

  • access may be refused to persons who are intoxicated
  • access may be refused to persons displaying inappropriate behaviour
  • access may be refused to persons who present a risk to the safety of the group

4. Bookings and access

Participation is possible exclusively on the basis of a confirmed booking. The booking becomes firm upon confirmation.

  • access is granted on the basis of the entry ticket or the access elements made available, such as a wristband, QR code or invitation
  • failure to arrive at the scheduled time may lead to loss of participation, without refund
  • participants are kindly asked to arrive 5 minutes before the communicated time
  • the Organiser may refuse access after the session has started if the delay affects the flow or safety of the experience
  • in case of delay, the Organiser may decide whether to allow partial access, without any obligation to restart or extend the session
  • non-attendance is treated as a no-show

5. Conduct of the experience

The experience is guided and unfolds at a predetermined rhythm. Participants are required to follow the Organiser's instructions.

  • the Organiser reserves the right to adapt, without prior notice, the content of the presentations
  • the Organiser reserves the right to adapt, without prior notice, the selection of the tasted assortments
  • such adjustments may be made depending on operational or safety conditions

6. The tasting

The tasting is controlled, with predetermined quantities. The experience is designed for savoring, not for excessive consumption.

  • requests for additional servings outside the established format are not permitted
  • participants are responsible for their own consumption limits

7. Participant behaviour

Participants undertake to respect the established rules, to behave in a civilised manner and not to disrupt the experience of the other participants.

  • aggressive, offensive, dangerous or disruptive behaviour affecting other participants, the team or the venue's heritage is prohibited
  • any material damage caused through fault may trigger the liability of the person who caused it
  • failure to comply with the Organiser's instructions is prohibited
  • the Organiser may remove participants without refund

8. Limitation of liability

The Organiser is not responsible for the effects of alcohol consumption, individual or allergic reactions, participant behaviour or actions carried out after the experience.

9. Cancellation policy

After confirmation, bookings are considered firm. Cancelled bookings are not refunded. Failure to use the service does not trigger any refund.

  • if the Organiser cancels the session for operational, technical or safety reasons, the participant may choose rescheduling or a full refund of the amounts paid for the affected booking
  • in cases of force majeure, the solution offered may consist, as applicable, of rescheduling or refund, depending on the concrete situation and the applicable legal obligations

10. Complaints

The participant is obliged to expressly and without delay report any deficiency arising during the experience directly to the Organiser's representatives, so that it may be remedied immediately, if possible.

  • failure to comply with this obligation results in the participant losing the right to subsequently formulate claims or complaints based on those aspects
  • only if deficiencies properly reported could not be remedied during the experience is the participant entitled to submit a written complaint within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the date of the experience
  • the Organiser will respond within a maximum of 30 days

11. Photo, video and use of images

Photographs and filming for personal use are allowed within reasonable limits, provided they do not affect the other participants, the flow of the experience or the team's instructions.

  • materials created for commercial, advertising or professional purposes require the Organiser's prior consent
  • the Organiser may create general ambient images for its own promotion; frames that individually identify participants will be handled with the care required by data protection rules and image rights

12. Data protection (GDPR)

The personal data provided in the context of the booking are processed in accordance with the legislation in force. They are processed for order administration, communication with participants, invoicing, assistance and, where applicable, handling requests related to the experience.

13. Force majeure

The Organiser is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in cases of force majeure, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

14. Disputes

Any disputes shall be settled amicably and, failing that, they shall be settled by the competent courts.

15. Final provisions

This document represents the complete framework applicable to participation in the experience. The Organiser reserves the right to update the terms and conditions.
